About the role
Storm Communications Nepal is looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Associate to drive new customer acquisition through door‑to‑door outreach and lead generation.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door visits to generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Collect and maintain accurate customer information for lead generation.
- Understand customer needs, requirements, and preferences.
- Present and pitch our products/services effectively to potential customers.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales and lead‑generation targets.
- Schedule and conduct follow‑ups based on customer availability.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, and follow‑ups.
- Provide regular updates on field activities and lead status to the reporting manager.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong learning attitude and ability to work independently.
- Goal‑oriented with a focus on meeting daily and monthly targets.
