About the role
The Regional Manager is accountable for overall business and operational performance of the assigned region, driving sales, revenue, customer acquisition, retention and collection.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional strategies to meet sales, revenue, acquisition, retention and collection targets.
- Set and allocate monthly, quarterly and annual targets for branches based on regional objectives.
- Lead, guide and monitor Branch Managers to ensure achievement of targets and operational goals.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly branch and regional performance and take corrective actions.
- Drive new customer acquisition, revenue growth, market expansion and customer retention.
- Oversee regional collection performance and ensure timely recovery of overdue payments.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and business opportunities to support growth.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Operations, Finance, Customer Support, HR and other departments for effective branch operations.
