Business Development Officer – Recruitment Agency

About the role
Palhi Overseas is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Officer to lead the recruitment business line. You will drive growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and propose new business opportunities for existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients.
- Stay updated on international and local laws governing remittance services.
- Ensure ethical compliance, risk assessment, monitoring, reporting and policy development.
- Collaborate with management to implement risk control and mitigation measures.
- Guarantee adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, project management or related fields.
- Proven leadership and client‑relationship skills.
- Strong knowledge of ethical compliance and risk management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
