Business Head – Electric 3-Wheeler

About the role

The Business Head will lead the strategic growth and market penetration of our electric 3‑wheelers. Reporting to senior management, you will shape the business roadmap, drive sales performance, and ensure the brand’s competitive edge in the evolving mobility sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for electric 3‑wheelers.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including sales, marketing, product development, and operations.
• Identify new market opportunities and forge strategic partnerships.
• Monitor financial performance, set revenue targets, and manage budgets.
• Represent the company at industry events and with key stakeholders.

Required profile

• 12–15 years of experience in the automobile industry, preferably with electric vehicles.
• Proven track record in senior leadership or business development roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.
