About the role
The college is looking for a vigilant CCTV Operator to continuously monitor its surveillance system. The role ensures a safe and secure environment for students, staff, visitors and college property.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV feeds across the campus and flag any unusual or suspicious activity.
- Record, document and promptly report security incidents to the appropriate authority.
- Retrieve and review footage for investigations or administrative purposes.
- Perform routine checks to confirm that cameras, recording devices and related equipment are functioning correctly.
- Coordinate with Security and Administration teams during emergencies or security‑related events.
- Maintain confidentiality of all surveillance data and adhere to college security policies.
Required profile
- Dedicated, responsible and able to work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and good observational skills.
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with security protocols.
