Channel Sales Intern

About the role

As a Channel Sales Intern you will join the Sales and Partnership team to learn end‑to‑end SaaS sales, from lead qualification to conversion. You will engage with potential customers, support partner outreach and gain hands‑on experience with CRM tools.

Key responsibilities

• Call unpaid sign‑ups, understand their business needs and explain KrispCall’s basic features.
• Guide leads toward demos or onboarding and update lead details, notes and follow‑ups in Zoho CRM.
• Support partner research and outreach activities while maintaining clean and accurate lead and partner data.
• Share daily updates on calls, leads and follow‑ups and learn SaaS sales processes from qualification to conversion.

Required profile

• Strong interest in sales and business development with confidence to speak with new people over calls.
• Good voice, tone, clarity, listening skills and discipline to follow up positively after rejection.
• Basic computer and internet research skills and willingness to learn Zoho CRM and other sales tools.
• Energy, discipline and hunger to grow.
