Channel Sales Manager – Furniture & Home Furnishings

About the role

The company seeks an experienced Channel Sales Manager to grow its mattress brand by building and managing a network of dealers, distributors, retailers, and other channel partners. The role focuses on expanding market coverage across the furniture and home furnishings sector in Nepal.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet revenue and market‑growth targets.
• Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers, distributors, retailers and channel partners.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners, expanding the brand’s network across assigned markets.
• Set sales targets for partners, monitor performance, and conduct regular market and dealer visits.
• Design promotional schemes and channel initiatives to boost product movement.
• Monitor competitor activities, inventory movement, and support effective stock planning.
• Negotiate commercial terms and prepare sales forecasts, market and performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in channel sales, dealer management or distribution sales, preferably in mattresses, home furnishings, carpets or laminate flooring.
• Strong understanding of dealer, distributor and retail networks with a track record of developing new channels.
• Target‑driven with solid sales planning, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple dealers, territories and channel relationships, and willingness to travel extensively.
