Sales Executive – Premium Pet Food

About the role

The company seeks an energetic, customer‑focused Sales Executive to drive the growth of premium pet food products across retail outlets in Imadol, Lalitpur. You will be responsible for sales, merchandising, retailer relationship management, inventory monitoring, and promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell pet food to pet shops, veterinary pharmacies, supermarkets and other retail outlets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Educate retailers and customers on product features, quality and benefits.
• Install and maintain in‑store promotional materials, product displays and shelf branding.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment and keep shelves organized.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and customers, handling inquiries and collecting feedback.
• Support promotional campaigns by distributing marketing materials and product samples.
• Track competitor activities and provide market insights.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales performance, store visits, merchandising activities and inventory status.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, merchandising or FMCG sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with a target‑driven mindset.
• Valid two‑wheeler license preferred.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting.
