Documentation Officer

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and organized Documentation Officer to manage and verify student documentation for overseas education applications. You will ensure the accuracy, authenticity, and proper handling of all documents while supporting students and counselors throughout the admission process.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate student application records and verify all documents within the CRM system.
• Regularly update university information such as entry requirements, course availability, deadlines, scholarships, and related details.
• Monitor application progress, provide status updates to the team, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across internal systems, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Provide basic technical support for office systems, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of software/tools.
• Assist in the implementation, management, and optimisation of the CRM portal for efficient workflow.
• Document internal processes, guidelines, and SOPs for application handling and CRM usage.
• Train team members on CRM usage and documentation procedures when needed.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for advanced technical issues.
• Support general office operations by ensuring all digital systems and tools function effectively.
