E-waste Operations Manager

About the role

Doko Recyclers is seeking an E‑waste Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day management of its e‑waste facility in Sanothimi, Bhaktapur. You will ensure safe, efficient processing of electronic waste while driving business growth and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee collection, storage, assessment, repair, refurbishment or dismantling of e‑waste.
• Manage the facility’s operations, ensuring safety standards, environmental compliance and accurate inventory tracking.
• Lead, mentor and build capacity within the e‑waste team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, forge corporate and institutional partnerships, and explore new market and funding opportunities.
• Prepare regular operational reports, revenue sheets and documentation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with electronic repair, refurbishment or dismantling.
• Proven ability to manage a technical team in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong understanding of environmental and safety regulations related to e‑waste.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical work for clients and partners.
