Finance Associate – FP&A

About the role

The Finance Associate – FP&A will keep Tudoholic's unit economics positive and ensure dashboards are accurate and trusted. You will turn raw operational data into actionable numbers that drive pricing, sourcing, and growth decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain product‑level unit‑economics models, including landed cost, freight, duties, RTO, 3PL, CAC and contribution margin.
• Build and maintain profitability dashboards for product (D1), shipment (D2) and 3PL/shipping (D3) P&L.
• Analyze margin movements, flag risks early and provide insights to support pricing and sourcing decisions.
• Support budgeting, cash‑flow forecasting and financial planning as the business scales.
• Ensure data integrity by keeping inputs, rates and assumptions current and defensible.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in FP&A, finance analysis or a data‑heavy finance role.
• Strong analytical mindset with a genuine fluency in unit economics and contribution margin.
• Clear communicator who can translate messy datasets into actionable decisions for senior leadership.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modeling.
• SQL (preferred for direct data work).
