About the role
We are looking for a motivated Food and Beverage Associate to manage daily restaurant operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold high standards of hygiene and service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily food and beverage operations, including restaurant service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and smooth operations.
- Welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle guest requests professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the restaurant and service areas.
- Assist in billing, order management, and daily sales reporting.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service‑related issues efficiently.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management (preferred) or relevant F&B experience.
- 6 months to 1 year experience in F&B operations, restaurant service, or hotel food service.
- Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, manage busy periods, and work effectively in a team.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and guest‑focused approach.
