Frontend Developer (React and TypeScript)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer to create the web‑application layer of our lighting design and configuration platform. You will work on a browser‑based tool that lets designers upload architectural drawings, place fixtures, define zones, and generate bill‑of‑materials and programming files for hardware provisioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the frontend using React and TypeScript, covering the dashboard, project management, and the main design canvas.
• Integrate a commercial CAD viewer (Autodesk Platform Services Viewer) and build custom extensions for engineering objects.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers, hardware engineers, and clients to deliver a cohesive product.
• Implement real‑time features via WebSockets or Supabase realtime and handle authentication with Auth0, Clerk, or Supabase Auth.
• Ensure data persistence using PostgreSQL and S3‑compatible storage.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience building production web applications with React and TypeScript.
• Comfort working with drawing canvases, object models, and engineering metadata.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lalitpur and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
