Full Stack Tech Lead

About the role

Kalash Services is building a cloud‑based SaaS platform and needs a hands‑on Full Stack Tech Lead to own the architecture and guide a small, fast‑moving engineering team. You will set technical direction, write production code daily, and ensure the platform scales securely for multiple tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own a modular monolith architecture with clean boundaries between core modules.
• Implement a multi‑tenant data model with row‑level security to isolate each customer’s data.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Docker, collaborating with the DevOps engineer on deployments.
• Lead code reviews, define engineering standards, and mentor two full‑stack developers.
• Document foundational technical decisions and drive sprint planning, demos, and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Strong production experience shipping and operating TypeScript/Node.js applications (NestJS or similar).
• Proven ability to lead a small engineering team while contributing code daily.
• Experience designing multi‑tenant or data‑isolation systems and understanding security implications.
• Comfortable working with a DevOps engineer on cloud containers and managed services.
