Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Naulo Koseli is a fast‑growing gifting and celebration brand looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist to own its digital acquisition engine. You will combine creative concepts, paid media expertise, and data analysis to drive measurable sales and lead growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and continuously optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Design and test high‑converting creatives, hooks, offers and messaging.
• Generate B2C sales and B2B leads through targeted digital marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and report on ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversion rates and overall campaign performance.
• Analyse audience and campaign data to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the content team to produce performance‑focused assets.
• Manage retargeting and customer acquisition funnels.
• Develop and execute monthly growth strategies and weekly performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in performance or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, reducing CAC and scaling campaigns.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of results and solve problems proactively.
