About the role
The Junior Duty Officer is responsible for hands‑on floor management of the facility, supervising CSA and logistics teams.
Key responsibilities
- Ensures proper functioning and monitors condition and servicing of machinery and equipment.
- Maintains theater assets such as seats, 3D glasses, RO water, projection, sound, visual, and food display machines for optimal customer experience.
- Plans and manages meetings of internal staff, housekeeping, and security.
- Prepares duty rosters and oversees staff during peak hours.
- Directs cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure hygiene and safety.
- Assists in preparing monthly and daily sales reports and compares them with ticketing data.
- Supports training of internal and outsourced staff to ensure quality service.
- Monitors overall service delivery to enhance the movie‑going experience and responds to crises.
