About the role
The Soaltee Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Revenue Manager to drive revenue optimization across its properties in Kathmandu. The role focuses on pricing strategy, inventory control, and market analysis to maximize RevPAR and overall profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage monthly forecasts, revenue projections and support annual budgeting processes.
- Analyze pickup trends, occupancy history, ADR, RevPAR and other performance indicators.
- Maintain rate parity across website, OTAs and central reservation systems.
- Conduct competitor rate shopping and market intelligence to identify revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Reservations, General Managers and Operations teams to implement revenue strategies.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of revenue and yield management, including dynamic pricing and inventory restrictions.
- Excellent analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
- Self‑motivated, result‑oriented and able to work across multiple properties.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with hotel property management, channel management and distribution systems.
