Logistics Incharge – Lubricant Industry

About the role

The company seeks a Logistics Incharge to manage inbound material receipt, warehouse operations, dispatch, and vendor coordination for its lubricant business in Ramgram, Parasi.

Key responsibilities

• Receive consignments, verify documents, and update stock records promptly.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, implement FIFO/FEFO, conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Oversee safe storage, handling, and traceability of finished goods, minimizing leakage and damage.
• Plan and schedule dispatches, coordinate vehicle availability, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers and transporters, monitor performance, and resolve shortages or delays.
• Supervise warehouse staff, allocate manpower, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper equipment use.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on dispatches, stock, damages, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, identify process gaps, and support internal audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory or distribution.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Basic Excel proficiency.
