Logistics Incharge – Lubricant Industry

About the role

The Logistics Incharge will oversee all warehouse, inventory and distribution activities for a lubricant manufacturing operation in Ramgram, Parasi. The role ensures smooth inbound and outbound flows, maintains accurate stock records and supports the sales and customer service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify inbound consignments, update stock records and ensure proper storage.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, implement FIFO/FEFO, conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Manage finished‑goods storage, traceability and minimize leakage or damage.
• Plan and schedule dispatches, coordinate vehicle availability and track deliveries.
• Coordinate with transporters and vendors, monitor performance and handle shortages or delays.
• Supervise warehouse staff, allocate manpower and enforce safety and housekeeping standards.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on dispatches, stock status, damages and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company logistics procedures and identify process improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and dispatch planning.
• Ability to supervise staff, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
