Maintenance Supervisor – Electrical & Mechanical

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of mechanics and technicians to ensure reliable operation of electrical and mechanical equipment in our plant. This position focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance, safety compliance, and minimizing production downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of plant machinery, including panel boards, relays, solenoid valves, and motors.
• Manage, inspect, and maintain single‑phase and three‑phase electrical wiring, panels, and power distribution systems.
• Provide continuous monitoring and preventive care of dairy machinery to achieve zero production downtime.
• Assist in installation, commissioning, and integration of new equipment and automation systems.
• Supervise technicians in routine electrical maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with safety and food‑grade standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, service logs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to support operational goals and equipment upgrades.
• Conduct regular workshop housekeeping, safety inspections, and report hazards promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and maintenance practices.
• Technical certifications or specialized training in maintenance/automation preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and lead a team.
