Night Production In-Charge

About the role

The Night Production In‑Charge will oversee all night‑time production activities at Safa Tarkari, ensuring that operations run smoothly and targets are met. This full‑time position requires managing a team of 20‑25 staff members and coordinating with quality, inventory, billing and delivery departments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the night production team and ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.
• Plan and manage daily production tasks, including washing, grading, sorting, weighing and packing.
• Achieve daily production targets within set deadlines and prepare products for early‑morning dispatch.
• Maintain product quality, hygiene standards, accurate stock records and minimise waste.
• Coordinate with QC, inventory, billing and delivery teams to ensure seamless workflow.
• Handle staff‑related issues, resolve operational problems and ensure a safe working environment.
• Prepare accurate daily production and stock reports.
• Take responsibility for overall night‑shift productivity and timely completion of work.

Required profile

• Proven experience in night‑shift production management, preferably with at least three years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership skills to manage a team of 20‑25+ staff members.
• Ability to meet production targets, maintain quality standards and control waste.
• Effective communication and coordination with cross‑functional teams such as QC, inventory, billing and delivery.
• Problem‑solving attitude to address staff and operational issues during the night shift.
