Odoo ERP Functional Executive

About the role

JulAiy Tech Labs is seeking a confident and dynamic Odoo ERP Functional Executive to support pre‑sales activities and ERP implementation projects. The role combines client interaction, business analysis, and hands‑on configuration to ensure successful deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Attend client meetings, gather business requirements and document them in Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
• Conduct product demonstrations, solution presentations and recommend suitable ERP configurations.
• Participate in system configuration, user training, testing and go‑live support.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth delivery and maintain professional client relationships throughout the engagement.

Required profile

• Good understanding of accounting, finance and related business processes.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical, documentation and problem‑solving skills.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are welcome; 1–3 years of experience in ERP, accounting, pre‑sales or business analysis is preferred.
