Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven and hands‑on Operations Manager to lead our Fleet Operations department and ensure smooth, efficient, and reliable day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Fleet Operations department and oversee day‑to‑day operational performance.
• Design, implement, and maintain a rider performance framework, including KPIs, scorecards, and performance reviews.
• Drive fleet growth toward active‑rider targets and monitor recruitment pipeline performance.
• Manage fleet‑related vendors and service partners, tracking performance and coordinating technical rollouts.
• Own and manage the rider rewards and recognition program.
• Prepare regular fleet maintenance reports highlighting issues, downtime, cost trends, and recommendations.
• Plan and execute rider events, managing calendars, budgets, and feedback.
• Oversee accident and incident cases, coordinating with external contacts and internal teams.
• Define vehicle procurement requirements and approve purchases based on operational needs.
• Work closely with Admin and Finance to resolve settlement discrepancies.

Required profile

• Strong team management and data‑driven performance management skills.
• Experience in fleet operations, vendor coordination, and incident handling.
• Willingness to handle operational phone calls after hours and manage accident cases when required.
