Project Director, Senior Engineer & Construction Manager – Upper Tamor Hydropower

About the role

Fewa Construction Pvt. Ltd. is seeking qualified professionals for three senior positions on the Upper Tamor Hydropower Project (285 MW) in Taplejung, Nepal. The roles include Project Director, Senior Engineer and Construction Manager, each responsible for delivering high‑quality hydropower infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Project Director: Lead overall project execution, coordinate international partners, and ensure compliance with schedule, budget and safety standards for a >100 MW hydropower project.
• Senior Engineer: Provide technical design support, oversee engineering calculations, and supervise construction of dams, tunnels and underground structures.
• Construction Manager: Manage on‑site construction activities, supervise contractors, and ensure quality control of civil works.

Required profile

• Project Director: Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field; minimum 10 years experience in hydropower projects involving TBM, dams, tunnels and underground works.
• Senior Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; minimum 5 years relevant hydropower experience, preferably on international projects.
• Construction Manager: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; minimum 5 years experience in construction management, with prior exposure to international projects.
