Project Manager – Software Agile (Jira)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software development initiatives using Agile methodologies. The role involves creating and managing sprint plans in Jira, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, and resources.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives and adjust sprint plans as priorities change.
• Enter, prioritize and track Jira tickets to monitor task progress.
• Gather requirements, define objectives and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies and report to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification preferred.
