Recruitment Officer

About the role

Palhi Overseas is looking for a dedicated Recruitment Officer to own the end‑to‑end hiring process. You will source, screen, interview, select and onboard candidates while ensuring compliance with HR policies and contributing to employer branding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day recruitment and related administrative tasks.
• Plan, prioritize and meet deadlines for assigned recruitment activities.
• Communicate clearly with candidates, employees and stakeholders.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality and integrity of recruitment documentation.
• Organize recruitment records and employee files in line with company policies.
• Coordinate interview schedules, candidate communications and onboarding.
• Support workforce planning and staffing initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Organized with a focus on maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to coordinate multiple interview and onboarding activities.
• Proactive attitude toward supporting staffing needs.
