Regional Head – 4-Wheeler Financing (Western Region)

About the role

The Regional Head of 4‑Wheeler Financing will lead all financing activities across the Western Region, driving growth, profitability, and portfolio quality. This senior position reports to senior management and is responsible for shaping regional strategy, managing dealer relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end 4‑wheeler financing operations for the assigned region.
• Develop and execute business strategies to meet sales, revenue, and portfolio growth targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to uncover new opportunities.
• Drive dealer engagement, customer acquisition, and lead conversion, including online leads.
• Coach, mentor and manage Regional Officers and Loan Officers to achieve performance goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with automobile dealers, partners, and customers.
• Oversee recovery activities and ensure collection targets are met.
• Monitor portfolio quality, manage credit and operational risks, and enforce robust credit assessment processes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, policy, and risk‑management requirements.
• Analyze regional performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in financial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, and portfolio management.
• Prior experience in 4‑wheeler or auto financing is highly preferred.
