Relationship Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Relationship Officer to manage and grow our restaurant partner accounts in Kathmandu. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring partners receive excellent support while identifying opportunities for mutual growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned restaurant partners.
• Serve as the primary contact for partner queries, day‑to‑day support, and issue resolution.
• Monitor account performance, suggest improvements, and support promotional campaigns.
• Onboard new restaurant partners through online and offline prospecting.
• Conduct market research, track competitor activity, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support to address partner needs.
• Prepare regular performance reports and maintain accurate interaction records.
• Perform field visits and in‑person meetings as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, relationship management, sales or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Own a personal vehicle and hold a valid driving licence for regular field visits.
