About the role
The Research Assistant will conduct online research to identify targeted products, communicate with foreign vendors, and support the sourcing and logistics process for Albelo Multi Trading.
Key responsibilities
- Find targeted products through online research.
- Communicate with foreign vendors via calls and emails to obtain quotations.
- Handle international phone calls and maintain accurate files.
- Update and report the status and progress of assigned projects.
- Schedule meetings and send meeting invitations to attendees.
- Prepare quotations and send them to clients.
- Coordinate with logistics teams and track shipments.
- Work under pressure and meet tight schedules.
Required profile
- Strong ability to locate targeted products.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Capability to handle international phone calls.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure.
