Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, customer‑focused Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and ensure a high‑quality dining experience. The role combines staff leadership, operational oversight, and financial accountability to drive profitability and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and shift allocation.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and food costs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, and operational expenses.
• Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
