Sales Executive

About the role

Horizon Creative Nexus is looking for a proactive Sales Executive to boost online sales and expand the company’s digital footprint. The role focuses on generating, nurturing, and converting leads through various digital channels while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage digital sales opportunities across online platforms.
• Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads, promote products and services, and convert prospects into customers.
• Promote the company’s offerings through digital channels and social media.
• Generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and close sales.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on digital sales performance, trends, and analytics.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to enhance online sales campaigns.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital sales trends, tools, and best practices.
• Provide documentation and reporting for sales activities and performance tracking.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of experience in digital or online sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with strong lead‑generation capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret sales data and trends.
