About the role

Vista Nepal is looking for a dynamic and self‑motivated Sales Officer to join its Himalayan Bodhi Sub Branch. You will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of quality masala products, expanding the retail network, and achieving defined sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company’s masala products to retailers and distributors.
  • Visit existing and potential customers regularly to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collect market feedback and competitor information.
  • Ensure timely order collection and follow up on payments when required.
  • Prepare daily sales and visit reports.

Required profile

  • At least 12 months of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or food products.
  • Dynamic, energetic and self‑motivated with a strong drive to meet targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Ability to travel regularly to visit existing and potential customers.
