Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Finance & Investment

About the role

We are seeking a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant to support our finance, investment and IPO preparation activities. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting investors and coordinating with auditors and regulatory bodies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, books of accounts and investment records.
• Prepare financial reports, MIS, budgets, forecasts and conduct financial analysis.
• Update investor databases, agreements and communications; respond to investor queries.
• Assist in preparing investor presentations, IPO-related documents and disclosures.
• Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, consultants and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure timely statutory, tax and corporate compliance.
• Conduct financial analysis of investments, projects and portfolio companies.

Required profile

• Semi‑Qualified CA (CA Inter/Final level) with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting and analysis.
• Good command of MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality and analytical ability.
