About the role
FireFlies Travel & Tours Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced, proactive Senior Manager to lead daily operations, administration, and strategic execution across its business group and sister companies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations of FireFlies Travel & Tours and its sister concerns.
- Coordinate overall management, team collaboration, and achievement of business objectives across all companies.
- Assign responsibilities, monitor employee performance, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales, revenue, and growth.
- Oversee administrative, financial, and operational activities and prepare performance reports for the Managing Director.
- Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners, and identify new business opportunities for expansion.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations or business management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning abilities.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing multi‑company operations.
