Senior Program Facilitator

About the role

The Social Development Initiative Nepal (EduLift) is looking for a dynamic Senior Program Facilitator to lead experiential learning, life‑skills, career development and youth‑engagement programmes across schools and community partners in Kathmandu. The role combines workshop delivery, curriculum design and partnership coordination to create high‑impact learning experiences for young people.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead workshops, training sessions and educational programmes for students and teachers.
• Develop engaging learning activities, facilitation guides and curriculum materials.
• Coordinate programme implementation with schools, colleges and partner organisations.
• Document programme outcomes, prepare activity reports and monitor participant engagement.
• Ensure high‑quality delivery of training and continuous improvement of programme content.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of curricula and overall programme strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience facilitating educational or youth‑development programmes.
• Proven ability to work effectively with students, teachers and community stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
