Senior Scrum Master

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across multiple cross‑functional teams at ComplianceQuest Nepal. The role focuses on facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, coaching teams and fostering a high‑performing Agile culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, timelines and quality to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Associate Scrum Masters, providing guidance and support.
• Act as primary contact for external stakeholders and clients.
• Use JIRA to track sprint progress and present data‑driven insights.
• Work with product owners to manage backlogs and handle new requests.
• Generate and analyse project metrics with PowerBI and JIRA for management reporting.
• Design and automate reports and dashboards using PowerApps.
• Address conflicts, remove impediments and drive teams toward higher Scrum maturity.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile delivery.
• Proactive attitude with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coach teams and promote continuous improvement.
