About the role
Royal Travels & Tours is seeking an experienced and motivated Ticketing Executive to join our team in Kathmandu. The role involves handling airline reservations and ticketing tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle ticket reservations, issuance, re‑issuance, cancellations, and refunds.
- Assist customers with schedules, fares, availability, and ticketing‑related inquiries.
- Manage bookings and provide timely follow‑up to customers.
- Handle changes, cancellations, and other ticketing requirements accurately.
- Maintain proper records of reservations and ticketing transactions.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams when required.
- Ensure accuracy and quality while handling multiple bookings and deadlines.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
