Enterprise Sales Officer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Enterprise Sales Officer to drive new business and promote a portfolio of IT solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, propose tailored services, and achieve sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify enterprise prospects through market research and outreach.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet assigned revenue goals.
• Promote and sell IT solutions such as Zoho Email, Fortinet network security, Kaspersky antivirus, Microsoft OneDrive (Business Basic & Premium), RedHat Linux, and web services (domains, SSL).
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations; negotiate and close deals while respecting company policies.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring retention, upselling, and timely renewals.
• Coordinate with technical/pre‑sales teams to customize solutions and keep CRM records up to date.
• Produce regular sales reports for the Sales Manager and stay informed on product updates and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.
• Strong time‑management, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
