About the role

The Agro Restaurant of Himalaya Nepal Krishi Company Limited is seeking a creative and hardworking cook who can turn the company’s own organic produce into delicious, high‑quality dishes. The role focuses on preparing Nepali, local and a variety of other cuisines for guests while supporting the farm‑to‑table value chain.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and plate dishes using locally sourced and organic ingredients.
• Develop menus that showcase the company’s own agricultural products.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
• Manage inventory of fresh produce and control waste.

Required profile

• Honest, disciplined and responsible individual.
• Prior experience in a restaurant kitchen, preferably with Nepali or local cuisines.
• Willingness to work in a rural setting and adapt to seasonal produce.
