Hub Incharge

About the role

The Hub Incharge will manage daily operations of the Mahendranagar Hub, ensuring smooth inventory flow, warehouse efficiency, and timely logistics coordination. This role bridges the central team, regional partners, and delivery agents to meet both customer and merchant expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day hub activities, maintaining workflow efficiency and adherence to procedures.
• Coordinate with central and regional teams to optimise operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Prepare regular performance reports covering on‑time delivery, efficiency metrics, and fleet updates.
• Recruit, train, and onboard delivery personnel, handling driver concerns and disciplinary matters.
• Manage cash reconciliation, collect payments and returned products, and submit cash to accounts.
• Create orders in Hermes and 3PL systems, print stickers, and assign pick‑up agents.
• Receive incoming packages, verify information, and hand over products to transportation partners.
• Conduct market research, approach potential merchants, negotiate contracts, and maintain long‑term merchant relationships.

Required profile

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Management.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, logistics coordination and reporting.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word).
