About the role

Doctors On Call (DOC) is a leading home‑healthcare provider in Kathmandu. The company seeks an in‑house nurse to coordinate patient cases, manage nursing staff and ensure high‑quality service delivery. This full‑time position combines clinical support with operational responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

Receive and coordinate new patient cases and assess service requirements.
Allocate and mobilize nursing staff according to patient needs.
Manage staff leave schedules and arrange replacements to maintain continuity.
Provide direct nursing support when required.
Conduct field visits to monitor service quality and support patients and staff.

Required profile

BN/BSc Nursing or PCL Nursing qualification.
Valid nursing registration or license.
Candidates with HA qualifications are welcome.
Minimum one year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
