Jr. Officer - Admin & Sales / Marketing

About the role

The Junior Officer – Admin & Sales/Marketing supports the housing society by managing properties, assisting residents, and contributing to sales activities. This full‑time position blends administrative duties with community outreach and marketing tasks to ensure a safe, well‑maintained neighbourhood.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct move‑in, routine, and move‑out inspections, verify lease compliance, and report repair needs.
• Address lease violations, mediate conflicts, and coordinate escalations when necessary.
• Assist residents with rent arrears, payment plans, and account queries.
• Assess resident needs, refer to welfare, mental‑health, and vocational services, and act as primary contact for community initiatives.
• Maintain accurate case files, draft violation reports, and document property conditions.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams, housing boards, and regulatory bodies to resolve issues.
• Generate sales leads through cold calls, referrals, and digital platforms; schedule site visits and showcase properties.
• Support senior agents in negotiations, update CRM databases, and prepare sales reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of relevant experience in property administration, community support, or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for resident interaction and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to conduct inspections, document findings, and follow up on compliance matters.
• Interest in real‑estate sales and marketing activities.
