Real Estate Sales Agent – Field (Chitwan)

About the role

Jimmal Group, a leading Nepalese real‑estate firm, is launching operations in Chitwan and needs a motivated field‑oriented Sales Agent. You will own the end‑to‑end buying and selling process, building a local pipeline, meeting clients, and coordinating transactions between Chitwan and the Kathmandu head‑office.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and nurture relationships with property buyers and sellers in Chitwan.
• Source, onboard, and maintain property listings in the local market.
• Respond to client inquiries, conduct property visits, and present suitable options.
• Negotiate deals and guide clients through the transaction process.
• Maintain accurate data in the CRM and property database.
• Prepare basic transaction documentation and coordinate with the Kathmandu team.
• Report pipeline progress, market insights, and performance metrics regularly.

Required profile

• Based in Chitwan (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• 1–2 years of field sales experience; real‑estate background preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage own schedule and travel on a two‑wheeler.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
