Global Delivery Manager – Accounting Production Team

About the role

NOW CFO is seeking an experienced accounting manager to lead its centralized accounting delivery team in Nepal. The Global Delivery Manager will oversee a group of 20–30 accountants, ensuring high‑quality, on‑time production accounting for U.S. clients while collaborating closely with market leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a diverse team of accountants, setting clear expectations and providing regular feedback.
• Own delivery quality and consistency by establishing review standards, monitoring deadlines, and resolving escalations.
• Manage capacity and resources, allocating staff based on priorities, skills and business needs.
• Partner with U.S. Market Ambassadors to transition new clients and communicate progress, risks and opportunities.
• Standardize workflows, maintain documentation, and implement technology, automation and AI solutions to improve productivity.
• Act as a hands‑on leader, stepping into details when needed to remove obstacles and support the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting management, preferably in an outsourced or global delivery environment.
• Proven ability to lead large teams, drive performance improvements and manage client‑facing relationships.
