Procurement Manager – FMCG

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead the local procurement function for an FMCG organization, ensuring a competitive, sustainable, and reliable supply of goods and services. You will balance cost, quality, and delivery while collaborating with regional, global, and local stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using Source‑to‑Pay processes.
• Conduct spend, demand, market and industry analyses to inform supplier selection.
• Lead RFx activities, e‑auction design and execution, and contract planning.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and resolve claims.
• Oversee material price forecasting, performance monitoring, and compliance with procurement policies.
• Lead, coach and develop the local procurement team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial procurement experience at regional or global level.
• People‑management experience.
• Strong understanding of total cost of ownership, financial impact, and governance.
