Project Manager – Handmade Textile Operations

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end production of premium handmade carpets at Tibetan Weavers. The role bridges the creative weaving team and the administrative office, ensuring smooth operations and high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and track all production programs from initiation to delivery, meeting timelines, quality standards and client specifications.
• Handle light bookkeeping tasks such as invoice processing and expense tracking, and manage office utility needs.
• Act as the main liaison between weavers and the Office Manager, communicating production progress and resource requirements.
• Conduct quality checks at each production stage to ensure products meet high standards.
• Stay updated on textile processes, manufacturing techniques and raw material sourcing to support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of experience in project or production management, preferably in a textile or manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proactive attitude and ability to adapt to evolving industry practices.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate between creative and administrative teams.

Required skills

• Basic bookkeeping and invoice processing.
• Familiarity with quality assurance procedures.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent position based in Koteshwor, Nepal.
• Monthly salary between NPR 25,000 and NPR 35,000.
