Sales and Marketing Officer / Executive

About the role

Nagarik Solution Pvt. Ltd., a leading software provider in Nepal, is looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Officer / Executive to promote its digital solutions to government, healthcare, education and private sector clients. Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients across municipalities, government offices, hospitals, clinics, schools, law firms and businesses.
• Conduct outreach via calls, meetings and systematic follow‑ups, maintaining accurate activity records.
• Deliver tailored online and on‑site software demonstrations and product presentations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, meeting and visit reports, and coordinate client onboarding with technical teams.
• Provide first‑level client support and liaise with implementation, support and development teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain long‑term relationships, seeking renewals, upgrades, cross‑selling and referrals.
• Track daily sales activities in the company’s reporting system and achieve assigned targets.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the IT/software sector.
• Motivated, dynamic and field‑oriented professional with strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build and sustain client relationships and work collaboratively with technical teams.
• Professional integrity and adherence to ethical sales practices.
