Senior Sales Officer

About the role

We are seeking a result‑oriented Senior Sales Officer to drive sales growth and expand our market presence across Gandaki Province. The role focuses on heavy equipment, cement, trucks/tippers, and other construction‑related products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and business growth in Gandaki Province.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, construction companies, dealers and other relevant clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct regular market visits to assess customer needs, market trends, competitor activities and business opportunities.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and commercial offers, negotiate with clients and convert prospects into sales.
• Maintain an updated database of customers, sales leads and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction and after‑sales support.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and updates on market performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Management or B.E. in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in heavy equipment, cement, trucks/tippers or construction‑related industries.
• Good knowledge of the Gandaki Province market, especially the construction and infrastructure sectors.
• Strong professional network and established contacts with contractors and construction companies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship‑building and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
